With years left on their lease, our client’s executive leadership wanted to revitalize the existing space to stimulate innovation, investment, and attract new talent. Like many companies, they currently employ a hybrid work arrangement, which left many spaces and furnishings underutilized.

On the ground floor we conceptualized new working environments and finishes, while retaining most existing construction. On the second floor, offices were removed to provide greater access to light and views, and a new dynamic and tailored boardroom was introduced along the window line.
